You may return or exchange an item within 7 days of delivery, provided the item is in its original condition, unused, and with all tags and packaging intact.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 working days using your original payment method.
Customers are responsible for shipping costs when returning items, unless the return is due to a fault on our part (e.g., defective or incorrect item).
